Machine Shop Information
The Machine Shop at Kiser Hydro is tailored specifically to manufacture a complete turbine assembly from design to delivery. We also have the expertise of machinists that have done repair work on hydroturbine equipment for over 25 years.
The shop services also include generator rebuilding, shaft repair, complete gate casing manufacture, Kaplan, Francis, Pelton runner repair and manufacture, non-destructive testing of components, precise qualified measuring and is able to conform to industry manufacturing standards.
