Inspection and Maintenance

Kiser Hydro's Inspection and Maintenance Department is experienced in taking clearance readings on all types of Hydro units including, but not limited to: wicket gates, turbine clearances (Kaplan & Francis turbines) and bearing clearances. Our crews are also capable of inspections and maintenance of steel structures, overhead cranes, trashracks, trashrack cleaners, penstocks, draft tubes, tainter gate hoists, tainter gates, etc. After inspection is complete our customers are notified per Kiser Hydro's team, with a detailed report updating the customer on their facility with Kiser Hydro's maintenance recommendations.
